Lobby Policies

Parents of dancers that can independently navigate our restrooms are welcome to leave during their dancer’s classes. Go get coffee with your fellow dance moms, run a quick errand, etc. Your dancer’s progress will be more noticeable to you!

Dancers must use the restroom before class, not during. It is distracting to the other dancers and usually causes a chain reaction, causing more disruption to the learning you are paying for.

Dancers are expected to wear the proper dance shoes and attire every week, beginning week one. Hair must be secured in a ponytail or bun. See our Required Dance Attire for more details.

Our dance windows are “tinted”, not “one-way” or “blocking”. Yes, your dancer can see you through the window! Please refrain from standing and watching the full 30 minutes as it is extremely distracting, especially for the younger dancers. They should be completely focused on the instructor, not a parent or sibling at the window.

Infinity has “quiet hours” in the lobby from 5pm to 8. Our dancers and instructors find it difficult to focus in class with too many loud voices coming from the lobby. If dancers’ siblings are coming, they need to be sitting and quietly occupied for the entire class.

For everyone’s safety, standing and climbing on benches/seating and running in our building will not be tolerated.

Please be respectful of our building and property (by sitting on the couch properly, rather than removing pillows and cushions, and by keeping hands and toys off the glass windows).
